Operators
Here are the operators we use for our automated systems. Each operator has a different action to meet the various electric gate requirements:
Frog
As its name implies this superb, much copied gate machine is designed to operate in damp, below ground level conditions. It is indeed the most popular
machine with the discerning customer, who not only wants a long lasting, reliable gate machine but also does not want to see any type of armature attachment on the inside of the gates. The ‘FROG’ comes in two versions: the ‘FROG M’ 240 volt mains model which uses the ‘ZA2’ control panel and the ‘FROG M24’ 24 volt low voltage model which uses the ‘ZL18’ control panel. Both models can be operated by all the standard CAME accessories such as remote controls, push buttons, keypads etc.
Ati
The ‘ATI’ range of cylindrical arm gate operators consist of two low voltage 24 volt models that use the ‘ZL18’ control panel and two mains voltage, 240 volt
machines that use the ‘ZA2’ control panel. The low voltage ‘A3024’ and the mains voltage ‘A3000’ models operate gates up to three metres in length. The ‘A5024’ low voltage model and the ‘A5000’ mains model operate gates up to five metres in length. The ‘ATI’ motors are extremely strong and able to cope with heavyweight gates. The strength of the ATI motor is achieved by the irreversibly geared worm drive mechanism. All the models can be operated by all the standard CAME accessories such as remote controls, push buttons, keypads etc. In the eventuality of a power cut the ‘ATI’ machine has a key operated manual release mechanism.
Ferni
The ‘FERNI’ articulated arm gate operator comes in two versions: the ‘F1000’ 240 volt mains model which uses the ‘ZA2’ control panel and the ‘F1024’ 24 volt low
voltage models which uses the ‘ZL18’ control panel. Both models have fast opening times ranging between eight and twenty seconds. On the more sophisticated low voltage model deceleration takes place so the gate closes gently on the post for a more refined operation. Both models can be operated by all the standard CAME accessories such as remote controls, push buttons, keypads etc. In the eventuality of a power cut both models have a lever operated manual release mechanism which is situated on the motor casing.
